Ingredients: 1 large onion, thinly sliced; 500 g steak mince; 5 ml ground black pepper; 10 ml crushed garlic; 2 ml ground cloves; 7 ml salt; 50 ml sago, soaked in 100 ml water for 15 minutes; 2 ml grated nutmeg; 1 egg, well beaten; 3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced; 50 g butter; 500 g potatoes, peeled and cubed; 5 ml baking powder; 100 ml hot milk
