Method

Follow the instructions for the Salted Butter Caramel Sauce. The quantities are doubled but the procedure is the same.

Serve the fondue with fresh and dried fruits, cookies, chocolates-anything that goes well with caramel and can be skewered on the end of a fondue fork!
