This may not look like anything special, but as the best salted butter caramel in the world is homemade, I promise you it’s an absolute delight!
Don’t prepare the fruit until you’re ready to serve, otherwise it will start to discolor.
Put the apple juice in a saucepan and heat until warm. Add the Salted Butter Caramel Sauce. Stir well to combine.
Serve hot, but not too hot, with the fruit slices, and the whipped cream (if using). This looks very attractive in pretty serving bowls and makes the ideal ending to both an all
