Possibly in my top five favourite snacks of all time, this small bite really packs a punch at the start of the meal. It’s not a revolutionary pairing but is a bit of a modern take on a classic (Cheese and Onion is also my favourite flavour of crisps). Anster cheese is a slightly tangy, crumbly cheese that’s very versatile and is made in Fife, like all great things (it’s where I grew up #FIFE4LIFE).
