  • 3 slices of brioche
  • 50 ml vegetable oil

Method

Cut the brioche into 1cm cubes.

Heat the oil in a deep medium-sized saucepan, then add the butter and get it hot and foaming. Add in the brioche cubes and roast in the foaming butter for 5 to 8 minutes, moving continuously so they get an even golden colour.

Once golden, add the garlic and thyme and infuse for a further 2 minutes off the heat, then drain the excess butter off thr
