This is one of my favourite flavour combinations of all time: it was inspired by Alain Ducasse’s recipe in the Modernist Cuisine book and has been on our menu at Aizle in some form since the beginning. The cherry mustard: it is super easy and you can keep a jar of it in the fridge for any occasion.
