  • 500 g forced rhubarb, chopped into small pieces
  • 90 g grenadine
  • 150

Method

Place the rhubarb, grenadine and water in a deep pot and gently poach on a medium heat until very soft. Blend into a smooth purée — it should be a soup-like consistency.
