Pickled Mustard Seeds

• 200 g Pickle Liquor
• 50 g yellow mustard seeds

Place the pickle liquor and mustard seeds in a medium-sized pot and bring to a boil.

Turn down the heat to medium and simmer for 15 minutes, then take the pot off the heat and leave to cool. Store in an airtight jar.
