  • About

I come from a family of whisky drinkers so it seemed only fitting to include a whisky cocktail. This has the warmth you want, but there is a refreshing element to it from the Earl Grey and pear that I really like.

Ingredients

  • 210 ml blended Scotch whisky
  • 210 ml pear cordial
  • 150 ml

Method

Pour the whisky, pear cordial and Earl Grey tea into a jug or bottle and place in the fridge to chill.

Fill your glasses with ice and pour over the cocktail mix. Using a peeler, cut long strips of lemon peel and twist them to release the natural oils over the top of the cocktails.
