I’ve taken the classic beef tartare and upped it to ‘next-level fabulous’ by adding some awesome Thai flavours and a crunchy fried egg. Toasted and ground rice is added to the beef, which really adds an unexpected and delicious flavour.

  • 200 g (7 oz) fresh beef eye fillet or cut of your choosing
