Are you serious? Anyone can make this super striking smoothie bowl. All you need is a decent blender to whizz everything together, then plate up like a pro with toppings such as fresh fruit, coconut, seeds or granola clusters.

  • 250 g (9 oz) blueberries

Method

  1. Put the blueberries, pineapple and bananas into containers or freezer bags and freeze overnight.
  2. The next morning, place the frozen fruit and all the remaining smoothie ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth and thick. Transfer to a bowl and serve with toppings of your choice.
