  • ¾ lb. dry noodles, prepared as directed
  • pints (4 cups)

Method

Prepare noodles as directed but do not add oil. Heat stock to boiling point, add the noodles and heat through. Then add fish balls and heat for a few minutes. Season to taste with soy sauce and vinegar.
