I have had this recipe for more years than I care to remember. This is foolproof and economical to make - it is a dark rich mousse which you can make in minutes and takes about 2 hours to set in the fridge. It does use raw eggs so be warned. It is also very chocolatey so you may want to add some cream to lighten it up. You can also use this for fillings and toppings. This is one of those divine recipes that, with a little imagination, you can tart up in any way you wish. You can add brandy
