This is my favorite recipe for chocolate. I adore ice cream in any form. For me, the perfect summer’s afternoon (well, to be truthful, any afternoon) isn’t complete without a double cone of vanilla and chocolate ice cream.
Put the cream or milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the chocolate until melted and smooth.
