A whole ham is perfect for feeding a large Christmas gathering. This version is served hot with a mustard cream sauce, hut any leftovers make a delicious Boxing Day lunch with a green salad and pickles.
Ingredients
7kg (14lb) uncooked leg of ham, smoked or unsmoked
Soak the ham overnight in cold water, changing the water once or twice.
