Ingredients

  • 2 sheets rice paper
  • 45 g ( oz) dark chocolate, roughly chopped

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to moderate 180°C (350°F/Gas 4). Grease a 20 x 2.5 cm (8 x 1 inch) cake tin with a removable base. Line the base and side with rice paper.
  2. Bring a pan half full of water to the boil, then remove from the heat. Put the chocolate in a bo
