Ingredients

  • 1 pint of Louisiana molasses syrup
  • ¾ lb. of Indian parched corn.

Method

As soon as the molasses syrup comes to the boil, add the corn, stir, and when the mixture begins to bubble, pour it into paper cases about 5 or 6 inches long, 3 inches wide and inches in depth. Use when cold.
