  • About

This Chial Meh stir-fry is an adaptation of the original recipe from northeastern India, which uses similar seasoning but is a soup. I find this a perfect medley that compliments most dishes. Chinese influences spill over into the flavors of northeastern India, as can be seen with this dish.

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon

  1. Set the Instant Pot® on the Sauté mode and heat the oil. Add the cumin seeds and wait until they sizzle. Add the garlic and ginger and stir lightly. Add the broccoli, soy sauce, and chili garlic sauce and mix well.
  2. Press Cancel to turn off the Sauté mode. Stir in the onion, carrot, and mushrooms.
  3. Close the lid and set the Instant Pot® on Manual Low Press
