Small parcels of dried leafy branches of wild sage are sold in the markets of Turkey, hut the plant itself grows all over the hills of the southern coast. An invigorating tea, it is simply made by infusing the leaves in the upper teapot of a double-pot system and adding water, or by dipping a branch upside down in a glass of boiling water for a few minutes until the flavour has been released.
