  • About

Great-tasting baba ghannouj has a subtle smoky flavor with just the right balance of lemon, tahini, and garlic. Offer it as part of a mezza (appetizer), on a dinner buffet, or take it along to a barbecue. The buttery flavor of the roasted “meaty” flesh of the eggplant complements most meals. It’s also great as a snack served with warm pita bread.
