There is nothing like the taste and smell of home-baked bread or rolls. A yeast dough is very adaptable and you can fit it in to suit your own timetable. So don’t be put off by the time or temperature needed to allow a yeast dough to rise. A cool place, even the refrigerator, will slow down the process and you can be out all day and still bake a delicious loaf when you return.
