GOSHT-KE-KHAJE is a rare delicacy made from brain, liver and kidneys.
THE OFFALS: Clean, wash and pat dry brain, liver and kidneys. Put kidneys in a handi, add turmeric, salt, and water, boil for 5 minutes. Then add the remaining offals and boil for a minute. Drain and dice liver and kidneys.
