  • ½ lb. (240 g.) flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder</

Method

Put the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt in a basin, pour in the milk gradually, and mix into a firm dough. Knead a little. Divide into small-sized rolls and brush over the tops with milk. Prick the rolls with a fork and place them on a greased baking tin. Bake for 10 minutes in a good oven, 425° F., gas mark 7.
