Though these are over-the-top rich, if you’re going to splurge, why not do it by combining two of the richest desserts, brownies and cheesecake, in one spectacular treat. Be careful not to overbake these or both the cheese and the chocolate parts will become dry and uninteresting.

Ingredients

Brownie Batter

  • 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter
  • 6 ounces bitters

Method

  1. Set a rack in the middle level of the oven and preheat to 350 degrees.
