This is a perfect dough for cookies you might want to decorate. The accident in the title happened when I was making a triple batch of cookie dough for little tartlet shells—a dough that is very fragile after it is baked and sometimes a little difficult to work with. I multiplied the 1¼ cups of flour called for by three and mistakenly came up with 5 cups of flour. I didn’t question my math until I saw that the dough was firmer and drier than usual. Not wanting
