Ingredients

  • 1 (3 to 3½ lb.) broiler-fryer
  • ¾ c. flour
  • 1

Method

  • Shake chicken pieces in paper bag with flour and seasonings.
  • Melt butter in skillet. Add chicken; fry until golden brown. Turn with tongs.
  • Add Barbecue Sauce. Use ½ c. for each pound of chicken. Cook slowly for 40 to 45 minutes. Turn pieces frequently. Serve on
