  • 1 wild duck
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. pepper


  • Rub cavity and outside of duck with seasonings. Bake on rack in shallow pan, uncovered, in extremely hot oven (500°) 25 to 35 minutes, brushing with Glaze.
