Method

  • Put cranberries through food chopper, using fine blade. (Grind your cranberries frozen—less juicy.) Add sugar; let stand overnight.
  • Whip cream. Mix cranberries and nuts. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into Ice Cream Pie Shell. Freeze. To serve, cut in wedges.
