A little creamy, a little zesty, this is a nice alternative to the same old salsa from a jar. It’s great with the Corn Bread Crisps, Amaranth Crackers with Cheddar and Pepitas, and, of course, tortilla chips. The flavor of this dip improves (and gets spicier) with time, so it’s a great do-ahead dip for entertaining.
