  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 80 g (3 oz) crab meat

Method

  1. Skin the tomatoes, then decapitate them with a saw-bladed knife and keep the tops. Using the handle of a teaspoon, remove the pips and core from each tomato. Press them lightly in the palm of your hand to extract the excess liquid. Season the insides with salt and pepper.
  2. Peel the grapefruit, and skin the segments over a plate, so that you collect all the juice
