Lettuce Leaves in Vinegar Dressing

Ecetes Saláta


  • ½ cup white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • Dash of salt and pepper
  • 2 heads of lettuce
  • Sunflower oil


  1. Mix vinegar, ½ cup water, minced onion, sugar, salt and pepper. Let the dressing stand for 30 minutes.
  2. Separate lettuce into leaves. Mix lettuce with dressing, and let leaves stand a little longer in a cool place to absorb flavors.
  3. Sprinkle with a little sunflower oil before serving.
