This is a wonderful mixture of vegetables which will go well with almost anything and is particularly good with roast chicken. The dish will keep warm in a low oven without spoiling for a short time before serving. In China, all cooking of this kind is done in a wok, which can now be bought in England; however, a large deep frying pan works well.
