This dish calls for small balls of stuffed bulgur dough. Delicious and healthy.



  • Take a piece of dough the size of a walnut, flatten it into a concave disc, and fill it with 1 teaspoon of the filling. Gather the sides and seal well, then roll it between your palms to make a ball. The amount of dough is enough to make 28 pieces. Cook the balls in a pot of salted boiling water. They will start floating within 5 minutes. Take them out with a slotted spoon
