  • 80 g unsalted butter
  • 160 g plain flour
  • 30 g

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Rub the butter into the flour and stir in the caster sugar Stone and halve the plums and place them in a fairly deep ovenproof dish, sprinkling the sugar between layers of fruit.

Sprinkle the crumble over the top. Do not press the crumble down as this
