Method

  1. Heat the strawberry juice and sugar syrup in a small heavy-based saucepan over medium heat to simmering point. Add the softened gelatine and stir until dissolved. Leave until completely cool but not set.
  2. Divide the strawberry balls among 6 serving glasses (the ones I used are 9 cm
