Avocado Toast

I love making brunch for my wife, Tee, and avocado toast is one of the things I can make quickly and still impress her. Here’s my take on this uber-popular dish: For me, the perfect version is all about nailing the texture. I don’t like it when it’s so creamy there’s nothing to it. On the other hand, you don’t want it super chunky. I mash my avocado gently and add some tomato to hit that middle ground.
