Puff pastry taco shells are all the rage, didn’t you know? Well… they’re not, but you just might play your part in making them all the rage with this recipe.
Get the oven on at about 200-220°c. Put a bowl (breakfast bowl sort of size) upside down on the sheet of pastry and cut round it to make a circle, then repeat so you have 2 cut outs. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper and put the pastry circles on it. Brush the beaten egg over the pastry and put the tray in the hot oven.
