You Need

• 4 tbsp mac n cheese
• 4 rashers of streaky bacon

How You Do It

Fry off the streaky bacon and when it’s nice and crispy, chop it up and put it to one side. Wrap a rasher of the smoked streaky bacon around each of the hotdogs. Put these in a frying pan on a medium-high heat, with the overlapping bit of bacon underneath so the direct heat can seal it. Keep turning until the bacon is cooked how you like it.
