2 portions 300 ml Good handful
Method
How You Do It
Slap your fries into a pan and get them cooking. For the cheese sauce, put a saucepan on a medium heat. Pour in the double cream and get it hot, but not boiling or simmering. Chuck in all the cheeses and stir until melted and the sauce has a nice, thickish consistency.
Divide your fries between plates or bowls and pour the cheese sauce over the top. Serve up and
