When I had my burger place, people would always ask for “normal fries.” We would always say that we’d love to do some really expensive loaded fries called normal fries and it’d stop people asking for them. Never got round to it, but here’s some un-expensive normal fries.

You Need

2 pieces of buttermilk fried chicken
6 slices of smoked streaky bacon

Method

How You Do It

To get the chicken prepped, follow the Chick n Steak Fries recipe. You might want to do this the night before. When it’s marinated, get the oven or grill on and line a tray with greaseproof paper. Lay the bacon out and get it cooking, turning when needed. Get your choice of fries ready in your usual way.
