Greasy Spoon Pie

You Need

• 3 large good quality sausages
• 3 good slices of black pudding
• 2 full strips</

How You Do It

Get a frying pan on a medium heat, slice the sausages into chunks and chuck them in the frying pan to cook. Add the black pudding and bacon to cook until crispy, then sauté the mushrooms until soft.

When everything is done to your liking, chop the black pudding and bacon up. Cut the pastry to size and line the pie maker or your pie moulds with it, then layer up t
