I really don’t plan to become the Coca-Cola cooking queen of Europe, but I came across several versions of this cake in various American books and naturally, after the ham in Coca-Cola in How to Eat, had to try it. It’s really just a divinely tender-crumbed chocolate cake – and there’s nothing wrong with that. And however odd you might think it, everyone loves it when I make it.
