Chocolate Smoothies



  • 185 ml (6 fl oz/¾ cup) coconut milk
  • ½ banana
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 20 g (¾ oz) chopped dates
  • 1 pinch salt
  • ½ tablespoon cocoa powder


Just put all the ingredients in the blender for these smoothies and blitz until smooth. These are quite thick smoothies so add a splash of water or more milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.
