Ingredients

  • 150 g (5½ oz) blueberries
  • 200 ml (7 fl oz) almond milk
  • 8 mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon goji berries
  • 1 generous squeeze lime juice

Method

Just put all the ingredients in the blender for these smoothies and blitz until smooth. These are quite thick smoothies so add a splash of water or more milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.
