Green Smoothies



  • ¼ cucumber, peeled
  • 60 g ( oz) fennel bulb, sliced
  • 25 g (1 oz/½ cup) baby English spinach leaves
  • ½ apple, cored and chopped
  • 80 ml ( fl oz/ cup) thin pumpkin seed milk or water


Just put all the ingredients in the blender for these smoothies and blitz until smooth. These are quite thick smoothies so add a splash of water or more milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.
