  • 2 ½ teaspoons (10 g) light brown sugar (cassonade)

Method

Prepare the almond and anise streusel. Preheat the oven to 300°F–325°F (150°C–160°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the brown sugar, ground almonds, flour, salt, and ground anise. Finely dice the chilled butter and incorporate it into the mixture using your fingers until it forms a crumbly
