  • About

I love trying different kinds of margaritas when I go to restaurants, but often they’re too sweet or have too much tequila. I’ve taken to making margaritas at home; it’s really fun to experiment with seasonal fruits, like honeydew in the summer. This is a really nice, light margarita. Ingredients

  • ¼ whole honeydew, seeded, peeled, and cut into chunks (about 2 cups/340 g)
  • 3

Method

Put the honeydew in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a large cocktail shaker. Add the lime juice, orange liqueur, tequila, and agave syrup.
