Stilton isn’t the only cheese I am going to use in this recipe. To help the flavours along, I’m adding a little grated Parmesan.
The difference between a tart and this pie is the pastry. The pie variation in this recipe doesn’t use any pastry at all: all I have done is to layer the ingredients into a lasagne or vegetable dish. It works very well and you don’t have to make any pastry!
