  • 7 c. sifted flour
  • 4 tsp. salt
  • 2 c

Method

  • Mix flour and salt in large bowl. Cut in lard or shortening until mixture resembles coarse meal. Cover and store mix made with lard in refrigerator. It will keep about a month. Store mix made with vegetable shortening in a cool place. It does not require refrigeration.
