  • 1 tsp. salt

Method

  • Mix flour and salt in a bowl. Cut in shortening with pastry blender until mixture is like coarse meal. Combine c. of this mixture with the water; add to the remaining flour-shortening mixture. Mix with fork and then with fingers just until dough holds together and will shape int
